Drop in Conversion Cylinder for the .44 Cal Uberti 1858 Remington Army. Fluted 6 Rounds, Steel. Converts .44 caliber black powder revolver to shoot 45LC/45 Schofield lead round. Use only cowboy ammunition that does not exceed 850 FPS; never use hot or jacketed ammunition. One Safety Stop Notch is located on the outside diameter of the cylinder between two chambers. This feature allows the hammer to be lowered between loaded chambers. The cylinder features six small windows on all chambers to allow the rim of the cartridges to be viewed.

After talking to Maggie and she was fantastic in helping me make sure had the correct cylinder she got shipped out next day and it fit in perfect with no problem and after putting 24 rounds thru worked great. Love the fluted look and absolutely a must for my Uberti 1858 Remington revolving carbine.
